I boarded the bus to go back home (in case you didn't know how buses are in Myanmar, imagine a small box of sardine packed very very tightly together travelling at a breakneck speed of 100km/h and you got it) A man bumped into me and I slammed into the chairs hard and heard something crack and I prayed it was my spine and not the figure(the figure was in my backpack) Turns out it was just my imagination. When I got it I wanted to unpack it immediately but I had to calm myself to wait until I got home. What would have costed only $80 of I ordered it myself costed $100 due to various "fees". So I had to work through agents just to order a figure. But I had no Paypal or stuff like that to pay for the figure to order it online. Turns out the figure was on sale on various websites and I was just stupid. Disappointed, my search ended.Ī miracle happened almost a year later. Later, when I had enough money, I tried to search for it online, but found out that the only way to obtain it was by giving sponsor to Goodsmile Racing. From then on, I vowed NEVER to be broke again (That vow is broken so many times it's next to my vow of honesty) I wanted to buy it but I was broke by a huuuuuuge margin (I had only 20,000 MMK (~$20) while the figure on sale was 80,000 MMK (~$80)) I almost cried when I saw someone else buy it. I first saw the Nendoroid figure at an Anime Con almost a year ago. If there is such a thing as love at first sight, this is it for me.
